Tenants
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 the only payments we can ask tenants for are listed below. We do not charge tenants any other fees.
| Payment | Amount |

| Holding deposit | Up to 1 week’s rent, to reserve a property. Normally put towards the first month’s rent. |
| Tenancy deposit | Up to 5 weeks’ rent (where the annual rent is under £50,000), protected in a government-approved scheme. |
| Late payment of rent | Interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate on rent more than 14 days late. |
| Lost keys or security devices | The reasonable cost of replacement. |
| Changes to the tenancy at the tenant’s request | £50 including VAT, or reasonable costs if higher. |
